The first thing that will strike you about Le Bibent are its baroque gildings and large windows that open on the Place du Capitole. But it is also a beautiful menu developed by the Michelin-starred chef Christian Constant, an alliance of family cooking, brasserie cuisine and chef cuisine. I have a soft spot for potatoes stuffed with pork feet and for the boiled egg piperade with bacon chips.
